摘要
以某高校体育馆为背景,研究常态和紧急状态下人员疏散特性。采用疏散观测试验、理论计算和计算机模拟的方法,分析常态和紧急状态下的出口流量和单位流量系数,并计算人员所需疏散时间tRSET。结果表明:试验测得数据和理论计算值较为接近,tRSET分别为417 s和415 s;紧急状态人员所需疏散时间tRSET为377 s。常态下人员单位流量系数是时间的二次函数,疏散过程的平均流量系数为0.838人/(m.s)。
Take one college stadium as an example, study evacuation behavior under normal and emergency situation. Evacuation experimental measurement and theoretical calculation and computer simulation methods were used to study the exit flow and flow coefficient under normal and emergency condition, andcalculate the tRSET, The result was as follows: the data is ap proximate between evacuation experimental measurement and theoretical calculation, which separately is 417 s and 415 s; under emergency condition, tRSET is 377 S. The flow coefficient under normal condition is a quadratic function of time, and the average flow coefficient of the evacuation' process is 0. 838 per/(m·s).
