摘要
本文概述了用白夹竹与稻草以亚铵法试制牛皮箱纸板的全过程。小试中竹子与稻草均采用亚铵法蒸煮,经打浆在稻草浆配比30%、40%、50%的条件下抄造纸板,纸板的主要物理性能都达到了国家标准的要求。在生产实验中竹子用亚铵法蒸煮,配用20~40%的亚铵稻草浆,生产各种定量的牛皮箱纸板。经检测,生产的纸板所有质量指标均达到牛皮箱纸板的质量要求。研究证明,用亚铵法竹浆和稻草浆生产牛皮箱纸板在技术上是可行的。
The kraft linearboard of 300~360g/m^2 was manufactured in the laboratory in the pilot plant from bamboo and rice straw with ammonium base sulfite. Dry strength properties of the linearboard were measured and reported in this paper.The results show that the linearboard has a quality by PRC standards, which demonstrates the engineering feasibility of manufacture of kraft line- arboard from bamboo and rice straw pulps.The procedure of the manufacture is also introduced in this paper.
