摘要
利用胶原蛋白对聚乳酸进行了化学改性,合成得到胶原蛋白改性聚乳酸。采用红外光谱、FITC标记技术、茚三酮显色法等方法对其结构进行了初步表征。结果表明,采用该合成方法可以将胶原蛋白引入聚乳酸中;测定了胶原蛋白改性聚乳酸的水接触角和吸水率,结果表明胶原蛋白改性聚乳酸的亲水性明显高于聚乳酸。
In this study, collagen-mocllllea poty(DL-lactic acid)(PLA)was synthesized by introducing collagen into poly(DL-lactic acid) (PLA). FT-IR, FITC fluorescence labeling method and ninhydrin reaction was used to characterize collagen-modified poly (DL-lactic acid). The results revealed that collagen can be incorporated into the side chain of PLA by means of the said synthesis method. The measurement of water contact angle and wa- ter absorption ratio of collagen-modified PLLA indicated that the hydrophilicity of collagen-modified PLI.A was better than that of PLLA.
