摘要
环境信息化是国民经济和社会信息化的重要组成部分,是促进环境保护工作发展的重要推动力量。开展环境信息化水平的评价研究,有利于提高管理机构的科学管理水平,提升环境保护系统的行政效率和业务能力。在深入分析大量环境信息化研究成果的基础上,选取6个一级指标和18个二级指标,构建了环境信息化水平评价指标体系,应用网络分析法(ANP)在Super Decisions软件中建立了指标体系的数学模型,并对模型进行了求解。
Environmental informationize is an essential part of economy and society Informatization, which is an important driving force of promoting environmental protection. Study on the level of environmental informationize is conducive to improving scientific management level of administrative organization and service capability of environmental protection system. On the basic of analyzing a large number of research achievements on environmental informationize, 6 first-class indices and 18 second-class indices are selected to construct an evaluation index system of environmental informationize level. Analytic network process （ANP） was adopted to construct a mathematic model of the index system, the result of which was obtained with Super Decisions software solution.
