胸苷磷酸化酶及血管内皮生长因子在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:5

Expression of TP and VEGF in Gastric Adenocarcinoma and Its Correlation with Clinicopathological Features

摘要 目的检测胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移的关系,分析TP、VEGF的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学EnVisionTM法检测125例胃癌组织中TP、VEGF的表达,以30例肿瘤切缘正常胃黏膜组织作为对照。结果正常胃黏膜上皮不表达TP和VEGF,TP表达于癌细胞和间质浸润的炎症细胞。胃癌组织中TP和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为62.4%(78/125)和28.8%(36/125)。TP阳性表达与胃癌组织浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关;VEGF阳性表达与肿瘤大小及分化程度有关。结论胃癌组织TP表达可能提示肿瘤的局部浸润及淋巴结转移能力较强;肿瘤细胞分化差时VEGF表达增强,TP和VEGF阳性表达可能提示胃癌预后不良。 Objective To investigate the expression of thymidine phosphorylase(TP)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in gastric adenocarcinoma and its relationship with age,sex,tumor size,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TP and VEGF in 125 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa of tumor incisal edge.Results TP and VEGF were negatively expressed in normal gastric mucosa,but TP expression was detected in both cancer cells and cancer-infiltrating inflammatory cells(CIICs).The positive expression rate of TP and VEGF in gastric adenocarcinoma was 62.4%(78/125)and 28.8%(36/125)respectively.The positive expression rate of TP was related to the invasive depth of gastric cancer and the lymph node metastasis,and that of VEGF was related to the tumor size and the differentiation.Conclusion The expression of TP in gastric adenocarcinoma suggests the stronger potentials of tumor invasiveness and lymph node metastasis.The expression of VEGF in gastric adenocarcinoma may indicate poor differentiation of tumor.The expression of TP and VEGF may predict the unfavorable prognosis in gastric adenocarcinoma.
