摘要
介绍为４ 例患者经皮锁骨下静脉插入术建立长期透析通路的临床应用情况，就置管方法，置管前后的护理等方面进行探讨。认为用带涤纶环双腔导管经锁骨下静脉建立长期血透通路，除具备普通留置双腔导管的优点外，尚具有留置时间长，不影响患者生活质量，不易引起血栓和感染等优势。护理工作的重点是防止皮肤感染和导管血栓。
This article reported our clinical experience of using dual lumen catheter with dacron cuffed through subclavical vein to set up permanent hemodialysis access,especially the method of inserting the catheter and the nursing of catheter.Our conclusion is:except for the usual advantage of the common catheter,using this method the catheter can reserve for a long time,the patients have a relatively high equality life,the thrombosis rate sand infection rate is less.The most important problem for nursing is to prevent the out site skin infection and catheter lumen thrombosis.\;
