经改良Stoppa入路治疗骨盆、髋臼骨折 被引量：22

Treatment of pelvic and acetabular fractures through Stoppa approach

摘要 2006年3月～2009年12月,我们采用改良Stoppa入路治疗骨盆、髋臼骨折12例,经随访效果良好,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组12例,男9例,女3例,年龄24～48岁。骨盆骨折7例,髋臼骨折5例。患者入院后均摄Judet骨盆三相X线片、骨盆CT扫描及三维重建。骨盆骨折按照Tile分型：B型4例,C型3例。
