摘要
目的探讨如何预防消化内镜造成的医源性感染。方法阻断内镜检查治疗中易造成医源性感染的各个环节,主要包括内镜室环境的管理;内镜及附件清洗消毒的管理;内镜工作人员的管理。结果通过严格的管理措施,杜绝由内镜引发的医源性感染。结论阻断内镜检查治疗中易造成医源性感染的各个环节,可确保安全的内镜诊疗。
OBJECTIVE To discuss how to prevent the iatrogenic infection caused by digestive endoscopy. METHODS The links caused the nosoeomial infection in the examination and treatmeant of endoscopy were blocked up, mainly including the management of the endoscopy room environment, the management of cleaning and sterilization of endoscopy and the attachments, the management of the endoscopy staff. RESULTS nosocomial infection evoked from endoscopy were cut off by the strict measures. CONCLUSION To block up the links to cause to happen the nosocomial infection in the examination and treatmeant of endoscopy can ensure the treatment safety of endoscopy.
