肛管直肠测压技术在功能性便秘患者中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨一种简易的直肠肛管测压技术,以研究功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)患者的肛门直肠动力学改变。方法:采用肛管直肠测压装置对26例功能性便秘患者和24例健康志愿者进行肛门直肠动力学检查。结果:FC组力排时肛管剩余压力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。FC组直肠初始感觉容量、初始便意感容量、排便窘迫容量、最大耐受容量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时FC组直肠初始感觉压力阈值显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而直肠初始便意感压力、排便窘迫压力、最大耐受压力阈值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性功能性便秘患者存在肛门直肠动力学异常。该肛管直肠测压技术可准确、重复地测量成人的肛管直肠压力。
