摘要
建立了打捞器接头及其造扣过程的有限元力学模型。根据实际情况,将造扣过程划分为4种力学工况,并将造扣力简化为打捞筒内的线性分布。经过有限元计算,造扣位置的径向力最大,并在造扣段线性减小为零,结果符合实际情况。该打捞器接头及其特Tr210×4螺纹强度满足现场使用要求。
The finite element models of the connection of screwdrill fishing tool were established according to the special designed fishing tool of the screw drill,the process of the making thread was divided four mechanical cases,and the making thread force was simplified for the linear distri-butions.The radial force at the location of the making thread is the maximum force,and then gradually reduced at the making thread section to zero;it was proved that the hypothesis is agreed with the actual case.Finally,the results were shown that the strength of the connection and the special Tr210×4 thread was satisfied with the strength of the design,it provides the available special screw fishing tool for the oilfield.
