摘要
针对冀东油田高温高压和潜山井试油测试中面临的难点,对常规的测试器及配套工具进行改进和完善。改进后的负压测试阀具有开井永久锁定性能,结构简化,密封部件减少,通径增加,有效增加了在高温、高压、高气油比、大斜度井中测试可靠性。测试管柱可以满足大规模、高泵压的酸压(化)措施改造施工的要求,可以直接将测试管柱转化为投产试采管柱,拓宽了测试的适应性。
To problems of high temperature and pressure in Jidong oilfield,and oil and well testing for well of the hill,the conventional tester and supporting tools have been developed.The improved negative pressure test valve has features of permanently locked performance,simplified structure,less sealing parts,increasing diameter,which increases the testing reliability in wells of the high temperature and pressure,high gas oil ratio,and big deviated degree.Test string can meet the need of acid treatment operation with large-scale,high-pressure pump pressure,and can be directly transformed into production string,which expands the adaptability of the test.
