摘要
通过对参加第27届世界蹦床锦标赛预赛前16名女子运动员的竞技实力进行分析发现:世界女子蹦床的竞争格局已发生了很大变化,我国女子蹦床的总体实力已上升至新的高度;"超期服役"、年龄偏大是目前世界女子高水平群体的基本现状,中国优秀女子选手平均年龄为24岁,下届伦敦奥运会仍处于训练和竞赛的"黄金期";目前优秀女子蹦床运动员成套动作的最佳难度在14.4～15之间,中国运动员的最佳难度在此范围内,但仍有提升的空间,在保证动作质量的基础上,提高自选动作难度,并积蓄一定的难度储备,是中国女子蹦床运动员备战伦敦奥运会要解决的主要问题。
This paper makes analysis on competitive level of 16 female elite trampoline athletes who participated in the 27th Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships.The results show that competition of the world female trampoline has changed greatly,the overall strength of Chinese female elite trampoline has risen to new heights;＂extended service＂ and older group is the situation of the world＇s high level female trampoline.Because of the average age,the Chinese female elite trampoline athletes will be in the competition period;currently,the best difficulty of female elite trampoline athletes between 14.4 to 15,despite the difficulty of Chinese athletes are in this range,but there is still room for improvement.It is the main task in preparing for 2012 Olympic Games to improve the difficulty of optional movement and increase the difficulty reserves on the basis of maintain movement quality.
