摘要
信息资源共享与知识产权是信息时代的两大热点。分析了信息资源共享过程中涉及的知识产权问题,从完善知识产权制度、采取有效的技术措施、合理利用开放资源、加强法制宣传等方面提出了规避知识产权风险的对策。
Information resources sharing and intellectual property are two hot points in information era.This paper analyzes some intellectual property problems involved in the course of information resources sharing,and puts forward some countermeasures for avoiding intellectual property risks from aspects of perfecting intellectual property system,adopting effect technical measures,making rational use of open sources,and strengthening legal system propaganda,etc.
