摘要
大连石化公司60×104t/a连续重整装置的催化剂已使用近9年,创造了国内连续重整装置催化剂使用时间最长的记录。目前该批催化剂达到运行寿命末期,芳烃产率、芳烃转化率、氢收率、苯收率等各项经济指标均大幅减少,说明催化剂活性大幅下降。同时,催化剂比表面积降低,持氯能力下降幅度明显,氯流失严重,流失的氯被重整反应产物带走,产生了一系列影响装置平稳运行的生产问题。如:预加氢循环压缩机结盐,重整氢增压机结焦,白土更换周期大大缩短。结合装置的实际运行情况,分析了连续重整催化剂运转末期面临的一些问题,提出了相应的解决措施:化工原材料的更换周期适当缩短;调整优化注氯量;适当提高重整反应温度,补偿催化剂活性损失。以上措施的实施,为装置的长周期平稳运行提供了保障,充分挖掘了催化剂潜力,提高了装置运行的经济效益。
The 60×104t/a continuous reforming unit of PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company has not renewed its catalyst for nearly nine years.This is the longest service life of continuous reforming catalyst on record in China.The catalyst has now approached the end of its service life with indicators such as yield of aromatic hydrocarbons,conversion rate of aromatic hydrocarbons,yield of hydrogen and yield of benzene all down.This indicates a significant decline of catalyst activity.At the same time,the specific surface area of the catalyst has dropped,chlorine content has dropped dramatically and a large amount of chlorine has been lost.The chlorine lost is carried away by the product of reforming reaction and a series of production problems affecting the stable operation of the unit have arisen,such as salt deposition in the pre-hydrogenation circulation compressor,coke deposition in the reformed hydrogen supercharger and greatly shortened cycle of replacement of carclazyte.Based on the specific operating conditions of the unit,this article analyzes some problems arising at the end of the service life of continuous reforming catalysts and proposes a solution,namely approximately shortening the cycle of replacement of chemical feedstock,adjusting and optimizing the volume of chlorine injected,and approximately raising the reforming reaction temperature to make up the loss of catalyst activity.The adoption of the above measures ensures the stable long-term operation of the unit,fully exploits the potential of catalysts and raises the economic efficiency of operation of the unit.
