摘要
从根本上说,知识产权证券化中的投资者保护体现在资产池的构建、风险隔离与信用增级评级等主要制度的自身设计上。知识产权证券化各环节的信息披露是投资者保护的重要内容。强有力的政府监管是我国知识产权证券化之初投资者依赖的主要信用力量。完善的法律制度是投资者保护的终极屏障。
Fundamentally speaking,the investor protection of intellectual property securitization embodies in the system designs which contain the building of the asset pool,the risk isolation,the credit enhancement and credit rating;The information disclosure is important part of investor protection about the intellectual property securitization;At the beginning of China＇s intellectual property securitization investors rely on the strong government regulation;A sound legal system is the ultimate investor protection barrier.
