摘要
目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀(ROS)对兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型血清高敏C反应性蛋白(hs-CRP)及热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的影响。方法清洁级雄性新西兰大耳白兔31只,将其随机分为模型组(内膜损伤+高脂饮食)、干预组(内膜损伤+高脂饮食+ROS)和对照组(基础饮食)。实验的第1周末,对模型组及干预组兔进行腹主动脉球囊拉伤。于实验的当时、第6及12周,采集空腹12 h的兔股动脉血2 m l,离心并分离血清,用ELISA法检测血清hs-CRP和HSP70的水平。结果实验第6周和第12周,干预组兔血清hs-CRP及HSP70的含量较对照组显著增高(P<0.01);模型组兔血清hs-CRP及HSP70的含量较对照组和干预组显著增高(均为P<0.01)。结论 ROS能显著降低兔AS模型血清hs-CRP和HSP70的水平,具有明确的抗炎作用。
Objective To evaluate the influence of the Rosuvastatin on inflammatory factors after balloon injury.Methods Thirty-one white clean-class New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into intervention group(balloon injury + high-fat diet + Rosuvastatin),model group(balloon injury + high-fat diet) and control group.At 0,6th and 12th weeks of the experiment,the blood from the femoral artery of rabbits with limosis for 12h was collected for detection of Hs-CRP and HSP70.Results Hs-CRP and HSP70 contents in rabbit serum in model group were significantly higher than those in both control group and intervention group,although those in intervention group were higher than those in control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Rosuvastatin has a potent anti-inflammatory effect in rabbits with balloon injury.
