摘要
目的了解优质护理示范病区护士工作满意度现状,为稳步推进示范病区工作,提高护理质量提供实证依据。方法采用护士工作满意度量表对南通市3所医院的9个优质护理示范病区的150名护士进行问卷调查。结果 9个优质护理示范病区的床护比为1∶0.30~1∶0.46,护士工作满意度得分3.12±0.48,8个维度得分为2.18±0.62~3.91±0.33;不同级别医院及不同学历护士得分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论优质护理示范病区床护比偏低,护士工作满意度偏低,其中护士对福利待遇、专业发展机会最不满;二级甲等综合医院和高学历护士满意度相对低于相应类别者。应合理配置护理人力资源,增加护理项目收费,改善福利待遇,以提高护士工作满意度。
Objective To investigate job satisfaction of nurses working in the High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Wards,and to provide evidence for promoting quality of nursing.Methods One hundred and fifty clinical nurses working in 9 High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Wards of 3 hospitals in Nantong were surveyed by using McCloskey/Muller Satisfaction Scale.Results The nurse to bed ratios in the 9 wards ranged from 1∶0.30 to 1∶0.46;the total score of job satisfaction averaged(3.12±0.48),with the scores of 8 dimensions ranging from 2.18±0.62 to 3.91±0.33;the scores of job satisfaction of nurses from different level of hospitals and with different educational backgrounds showed statistical differences(P0.05 for all).Conclusion The nurse to bed ratio is low in High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Wards,and nurses′ job satisfaction is at low level,and they are especially disatisfied with welfare and professional development.And nurses working in secondary hospital and with high educational background tend to have lower satisfaction.To enhance job satisfaction of nurses,we should rationally allocate human resources,increase nursing fee and promote welfare for nurses.
