造影剂肾病的研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 造影剂肾病(Contrast-induced nephropathy,CIN)是指除外其他因素在血管内造影后新发的或加重的肾功能损伤,常用量化定义为使用造影剂后72 h内出现的Scr(血清肌酐)升高≥44.2μmol/l(或0.5 mg/d1)或较基线升高25%以上。自1955年Alwall等报道首例CIN以来,随着影像放射检查技术的进步和介入治疗手段的增多,血管内造影剂的应用也日益增多,发生造影剂肾病者也随之增多。
