摘要 针对新型能馈式牵引供电装置采用PWM整流以及多模块并联的特点,本文设计监控系统,为迎合其监控变量多、实时性要求强的特殊性。监控系统采用双DSP控制,以工业以太网为主要传输介质,同时与本地嵌入式监控端和远程监控终端进行数据传输。对监控板硬件进行整体设计;在软件设计方面,提出一种新型的使用UDP报文进行请求应答的握手连接机制,并在监控板的程序设计中提出新的思路,来迎合双上位机的需要;并设计了Labview监控界面。最后通过实验验证了整个监控系统的稳定性和实时性,达到了预期的各项要求。 According to the characteristic of the new energy feedback traction power supply system using PWM rectification and multi-paralleled topology,this paper introduced a monitor system which is suitable for its many monitoring variables and its real-time request.The monitor system which contains dual-DSP controller communicates with both local embedded platform and a remote PC based on Ethernet.After the design of the monitor system's hardware,it proposed a new communication design for request and response based on UDP to make sure the network connection is normal.At the same time,this article designed a new software flowchart of DSP to meet the needs of the dual-PC,and it designed the Labview monitor interface as well.At last,the experimental results were shown,according to the practice,this monitor system had good features of stability and real-time,and it could reach the expected demand.
