摘要
针对由大功率LED组合构成的LED灯具的特性,选择照度和发光均匀性作为需要测试的LED灯具的光学特性指标,提出这两个检测指标的测量设计方案;并考虑灯具发热对其光学特性的影响,采用基于PID反馈调节的控制系统来实现各种灯具光学特性参数的恒温检测,使得不同灯具的测量参数之间具有可比较性。建立系统实验平台,通过步进电机控制实现不同灯具位置、转角及前后距离的调整。实验结果表明,系统能够满足LED灯具光学特性检测的要求。
According to the character of LED lamp assembled by large power LEDs,illumination and uniformity of light were chosen as main characteristic indexes.The measuring plans of the two characteristic indexes were proposed.Considering the effect of lamp heat to optics characters,the feedback control system based on PID was employed to realize constant temperature measurement of each optics character parameter of varied lamps,which made the tested parameters of varied lamps had the same standard.The system experimental platform was built to adjust the position,angle,forward and backward distance of different lamps by step motor control.The experimental result indicates that the measurement system can satisfy the optics test demand of LED lamps.
