摘要
新晋本科警察院校面临着办学定位、办学理念、培养目标、人才培养方案、生源质量、招生人数、培养年限等多层面的重大转变和调整。因此，这些院校在升本之后必须走内涵发展之路，从师资队伍、管理队伍、教学内容、教学方法、教材、办学模式、组织文化、实践教学队伍建设等多个层面着手开展工作。
At the new police colleges, there are many significant transformations and adjustments on school localization, school idea, raise goal, personnel training plan, student quality, recruitment of student population, raise time and so on. Therefore, these colleges must take road of the connotation development to do the work from the teacher team, the management team, the course content, the teaching method, the teaching material, the school pattern, the organization culture, the construction of practice teaching team and so on.
