摘要
我国房地产业在"十一五"期间的五年多时间里,经历了调控到扶持,再到调控的跌宕起伏,但房价却一路上涨。2010年政府为"遏制"房价疯涨势头,综合运用政治经济等手段,调控房价,但时至今日房价仍在高位运行,而政府的调控力度也在不断加强,调低房价的决心似乎很大。但影响我国"十二五"期间房价运行的诸因素依然存在,房价仍将会在诸因素的博弈下继续呈现"螺旋式"上升。
Chinese government began to regulate housing price at the beginning of 2005 during the Eleventh Five-Year-Plan in order to control real estate bubbles.On the contrary at the beginning of 2009,the government tried to stimulate the development of real estate market resulting in the soaring housing prices at end of that year.To restrain the soaring trend in 2010,the government applied combined political and economical policies to control housing price.But up to now,housing price still remains high with the governmental continuous powerful regulation to lower those irrational housing price.But through analyzing and prospecting,the factors of influencing housing price during the Twelfth Five-Year-Plan still exist.Chinese housing price will continue to rise as an ascending spiral under the game of the elements.
