摘要
针对"单速、三相笼型感应电动机的能效分级(IE代码)"标准中高效、超高效电机试验方法的改变,通过分析通风对机械损耗和散热的影响,指出了通风与电机温升的关系。介绍了不同型号异步电机的损耗分布。通过有无风扇及增大、减小风扇外径的对比试验,验证了温升对电机效率的影响。
Aiming the changes of high efficiency electric motors and premium efficiency electric motors test methods,Mechanical ventilation by analysis of the impact of heat loss and the relationship between ventilation and temperature rise was pointed out.The different types of asynchronous motor losses distribution was described.Whether the fans and by the increase,reducing the fan diameter comparison test to verify the temperature of the motor efficiency.
