摘要
采用温度和压力耦合的计算方法,对高含硫天然气气井井筒硫沉积规律进行分析。天然气从地层流到井筒再从井筒流出地面,是一个降温降压的过程,通过压力和温度的耦合,确定该温度和压力条件下川东北高含硫天然气硫的溶解度,通过对比实际含硫量判断是否发生硫沉积。建立了高含硫气井井筒硫沉积预测模型,将预测结果与实际结果对比分析发现,预测结果与实际结果基本符合,表明该计算方法有效。
By using temperature and pressure coupling calculation,the law of sulfur deposition for high-sulfur wellbore is accurately analyzed,high-sulfur nature gas flowing from wellbore to ground is a cooling,step-down process,through pressure and temperature coupling calculation the solubility of natural gas is determined under certain temperature and pressure conditions,then the actual sulfur content of sulfur gas is contrasted to determine whether sulfur depositionis induced.Through the prediction model of sulfur deposition,the predicted results and field practice are compared,the result shows that this method is effective.
