摘要
利用统计分析方法,对滦河流域(承德境内段)近44 a(1965—2008年)气温、降水量和径流深度资料进行分析,研究滦河流域气候变化及其对水资源的影响。结果显示:滦河流域近44 a来气温总的趋势是上升的;而降水量的总趋势是减少的,1999—2008年是气温上升和降水减少最显著的时段;滦河流域年径流深与年降水量变化趋势相一致。降水减少是滦河流域水资源减少最直接、最主要的原因。
The climate change and its impacts on water resources in the Luanhe River basin were studied by analyzing the temperature,precipitation and runoff of Luanhe River Basin(the cisborder section of Chengde) during the recent 44 years(1965-2008) with statistical methods.The results showed that the temperature of the Luanhe River basin has a rising trend in the recent 44a,while the precipitation has a downward trend.The temperature increased and precipitation decreased most obviously during 1999-2008.The change of annual runoff was consistent with that of the annual precipitation in Luanhe River basin.The decrease of precipitation was the most direct and important reason for the water resources decline in Luanhe River basin.
