摘要
信息差距已经成为影响我国信息化水平整体提高,制约经济发展和影响社会和谐的重要因素。选取数据包络分析(DEA)方法评价企业视角下地区信息化经济效率。建立企业视角下地区信息化经济效率评价指标体系,根据测算结果比较江西省与东部地区的信息差距。在此基础上,分析效率导致的信息差距的形成原因及流程,据此提出缩小信息差距的对策,为地区信息化建设提供参考。
The information gap has become an important factor to influence the level of overall improvement of China＇ s informatization, restrict economic development and affect social harmony. The paper selects the data envelopment analysis （DEA） method to evaluate the economic efficiency of areas＇ informatization under the perspective of the enterprises, and sets up an evaluation system to the economic efficiency of areas＇ informatization under the perspective of enterprises. According to calculation results, it analyzes the in- formation gap by comparing the eastern area and Jiangxi Province. On this basis, it analyzes the causes and processes that result in the information gap and provides related measures for narrowing the information gap between areas.
