摘要
目的:研究甘草化学成分,为进一步提高甘草药材质量标准提供科学依据。方法:分别采用95%乙醇水溶液和50%乙醇水溶液对药材进行提取得到浸膏,利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、RP-18、MC I等柱色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了33个化合物,分别为二十四烷酸(化合物1),β-谷甾醇(化合物2),5-O-甲基甘草西定(化合物3),1-甲氧基榕叶酚(化合物4),二十二烷醇(化合物5),白桦脂酸(化合物6),甘草西定(化合物7),齐墩果酸(化合物8),华良姜素(化合物9),咖啡酸二十二酯(化合物10),新甘草酚(化合物11),甘草宁H(化合物12),异甘草醇(化合物13),甘草素(化合物14),黄羽扇豆怀特酮(化合物15),3R-驴食草酚(化合物16),刺甘草查耳酮(化合物17),甘草香豆素(化合物18),甘草芳香豆素(化合物19),7,2,′4′-三羟基-5-甲氧基-3-芳香豆素(化合物20),甘草瑞酮(化合物21),异甘草素(化合物22),甘草醇(化合物23),芒柄花素(化合物24),甘草利酮(化合物25),格里西轮(化合物26),芒柄花苷(化合物27),甘草苷(化合物28),芹糖异甘草苷(化合物29),甘草酸(化合物30),芹糖甘草苷(化合物31),红花岩黄芪香豆雌酚B(化合物32),红花岩黄芪香豆雌酚E(化合物33)。结论:化合物10,20,32,33为首次从甘草属植物中分离得到,化合物6和8为首次从甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensisF isch.)中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the root of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.Methods:The 95% and 50% ethanol aqueous extracts were separated and purified by column chromatography using silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,RP-18 and MCI as packing materials.The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physico-chemical characteristics.Results:Thirty-three compounds were isolated and identified as lignoceric acid(compound 1),β-sitosterol(compound 2),licorisoflavan A(compound 3),1-methoxyficifolinol(compound 4),docosanol(compound 5),betulinic acid(compound 6),licoricidin(compound 7),oleanolic acid(compound 8),kumatakenin(compound 9),docosyl caffeate(compound 10),neoglycyrol(compound 11),gancaonin H(compound 12),isoglycyrol(compound 13),liquiritigenin(compound 14),lupiwighteone(compound 15),3R-vestitol(compound 16),echinatin(compound 17),glycycoumarin(compound 18),licoarylcoumarin(compound 19),7,2′,4′-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-3-arylcoumarin(compound 20),glicoricone(compound 21),isoliquiritigenin(compound 22),glycyrol(compound 23),formononetin(compound 24),licoricone(compound 25),glycyrin(compound 26),formononetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(compound 27),liquiritin(compound 28),isoliquiritin apioside(compound 29),glycyrrhizic acid(compound 30),liquiritin apioside(compound 31),hedysarimcoumestan B(compound 32),and hedysarimcoumestan E(compound 33).Conclusion:The compounds 10,20,32,33 are isolated from the genus Glycyrrhiza and the compounds 6 and 8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
