高温低伤害低摩阻压裂液体系研究与应用 被引量:15

摘要 中原油田油井压裂层位较深,地层温度高,压裂液耐温需高达170℃以上。针对此油藏条件进行室内研究,配制出适于中原油田开发的新型压裂液体系。实验结果表明,该新型压裂液体系在深层高温井压裂改造中不但能保持良好的携砂性且具有低摩阻性,投入产出比大于5。同时发现,高温压裂液体系中,新型交联剂是影响压裂液耐温性能的主要因素。该体系的研制为深层高温井压裂技术的应用提供了良好的技术支撑。 The fracturing zones in the Zhongyuan Oilfield are deep and high temperature,and the fracturing fluids need to resist over 170℃.Laboratory experiments have been conducted for such reservoir conditions,and a new fracturing fluid system suitable for the Zhongyuan Oilfield has been formulated.The experimental results indicate that this new fracturing fluid system not only has good proppant-carrying ability but also low friction resistance,with input/output ratio greater than 5.Meanwhile it is discovered that the new type crosslinking agent is the key factor affecting temperature tolerance of fracturing fluids.The development of this system provides technical support for fracturing in deep and high temperature oil wells.
