摘要
上消化道溃疡伴出血是一种常见急症之一,本文通过对饮酒所致的消化道出血进行调查,发现青海因海拔高、缺氧、酸性棕壤,长期反复大量饮酒而致出血临床多见,故强调从积极预防诱发因素和加强手术护理入手,配合饮食护理,合理用药,心理护理以及健康教育,从而达到预防疾病,维持健康的目的。
The upper gastrointestinal ulcer with bleeding is one of the common emergency symptom. Drinking alcohol caused the upper gastro-intestinal bleeding was investigated in this article. The result showed that it is very common in patients who long-term drink a great amount of alcohol will cause bleeding in the high sea level area of Qinghai Province, where in lack of oxygen and with acid brown soil. So, it emphasized that postive prevention the induced elements, strengthening the postoperative care, cooperation with biet care, rational of using medicine, psychological care and health education are important, if we have followed all the above-mentioned factors, the aim of prevention of diseases and keeping health will be achieved.
