摘要
故障预测技术作为智能维护系统(IMS)和故障预测与健康管理(PHM)系统的重要技术基础,近些年来受到越来越广泛的重视。首先综合机电系统故障预测方法,并从对象和方法两个维度展现机电系统故障预测技术的发展状况,同时对各类方法的优缺点进行分析。最后,给出当前机电系统故障预测领域存在的机遇与挑战,为进一步研究明确方向。
As an important technical foundation of Intelligent Maintenance Systems(IMS) and Prognostics Health Management(PHM),prognostics has been paid more and more attentions in recent years.This review article firstly synthesizes these individual pieces of information about electromechanical system prognostics,and then discusses its development situation from a two-dimensional angle of view—objects and methods,while identifying their merits and drawbacks.The relevant objects and available fault prognosis methods are classified into four and five categories,respectively.Finally,some open problems in this field are also discussed,together with possible advanced research directions.
