摘要
多数抽水蓄能电站都能作同步调相运行,它们快速并入电网,以保证电网的负荷要求。从同步调相转为发电工况时,由于起始逆功率流进入发电机,故转换的快速性受到影响。尤其是在小电网或孤立电网中,逆功率流将产生有害电压,导致电网频率下降。针对此问题,可选择适合的静止变频器(SFC)及与其匹配的控制系统来消除逆功率流。这里主要介绍SFC用于抽水蓄能电站进行快速负荷响应时,可以消除逆功率流,它还可为电网提供短暂的瞬间维持功率。
Most of pumped storage power stations shall be capable to synchronous condenser operate.They should be paralleled in the power grid rapidly ,for satisfying the load requirements of power grid.When it transformed from syn- chronous condenser operation to generation mode, the speed of transforming will be affected due to the initiated re- verse power circuit which entered in the generator.The harmful voltage is produced due to the reverse power circuit, and the frequency of power grid is decrease.This document means to mainly introduce that static frequency converter (SFC) to remove the reverse power circuit while it is applied for the toad rapid response of pumped storage power station, and it can furnish the short moment stand-by power to the power grid.
