摘要
阐述了高校管理育人工作的内涵及新时期大学生的总体特征,并据此分别从管理制度的制定、执行等角度对管理育人工作进行探讨。
The paper states the connotation of Management and Education in Universities and students characteristic in new period, then makes an investigation of how to do management and education by setting and carrying out the management system.
