摘要
目的建立三黄滴鼻液中黄芩苷含量测定的方法。方法采用HPLC法,以AgilentZOR-BAXSB-C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)为分析柱,以甲醇-水(50:50)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长274nm,柱温35℃,对进行黄芩苷定量测定。结果黄芩苷定量的线性范围在0.2389～1.1947μg,加样回收率为99.5%(RSD=0.3%,n=6)。结论方法简便、准确、专属性强,可以对该制剂中黄芩苷的含量起到较好的控制作用。
Objective To establish a method for determinating the content of the Baicalin on the Sanhuang Nasal Drops. Methods HPLC method were used to determinate the conten of the Baicalin on the Sanhuang Nasal Drops. The chromatographic system consists of Agilent ZORBAX SB-C1s （5 μm, 250 mm ×4. 6 mm）, mobile phase which contains methanol with water （50：50）, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength at 274nm. The column temperature was 25℃. Results The linear range for the content of Baicalin was 0. 2389 - 1. 1947 μg, the average recovery was 99. 5% （RSD =0. 3% ,n =6）. Conclusion It is a simple, accurate and specific method, and may be used to control the content of Baicalin on the Sanhuang Na- sal Drops.
