During the nearly three month period of differentiation and development of the spermatocyte of the Ginkgo biloba , the spermatocyte nucleus had changed from spherical\| to spindle\| and back again to spherical\| shaped in succession. As the nucleus was at the spindle\|shaped stage, blepharoplast, vacuole\|like structures and fibrillogranular body appeared in its cytoplasm, the former two were symmetrically arranged along the nucleus, while the fibrillogranular body was situated in the proximal face, Such arrangement may play a most important role in the regulation and in consequence may lead to the anticlinal division of the spermatocyte. The newly formed spermatozoids which stood against each other along their flat faces, had 3~4 levo\|rotated gyres of flagellates as one of the end. The vacuole\|like structure in each of the spermatozoid laid either at the proximal or distal face, or alternatively.The newly formed spermatozoid with the appearance of the fertilization drop was a very important phenomenon for getting spermatozoid of Ginkgo biloba efficiently.
