肿瘤坏死因子-β遗传变异与食管癌发病风险的关系 被引量：2

摘要 食管癌是危害人类生命和健康的严重疾病之一，研究表归，饮食因素和环境因素是我国食管鳞癌的最主要危险因簧，遗传变异是肿瘤个体易感性的重要原因。肿瘤坏死目子（TNF）在多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥着重要向作用。有报道显示，位于TNF-β基因第一内含F＋252位的G〉A变异可导致该基因转录活性的增加。力能性刑TNF-β＋252G〉A遗传变异可能是食管癌发生的重要遗传易感因素。为验证该假设，
