摘要
目的:优化黄芪党参颗粒的成型工艺。方法:采用正交实验以混合粉末与蔗糖比例、混合粉末与黄酒比例、混合粉末的水分含量为考察指标,优化黄芪党参颗粒的成型工艺。结果:最佳成型工艺条件为混合粉末:蔗糖=15∶0.5;混合粉末:黄酒=15∶2;混合粉末水分含量<5%。结论:本实验确定的颗粒成型工艺合理可行。
Objective:To optimize the forming process of Huangqi Dangshen Particles.Methods:The effect of the proportion of mixed powder and sucrose,the proportion of mixed powder and yellow rice wine,and the water content of mixed powder on the particle formation is investigated by orthogonal experiment.Results:The optimum forming process was as follows:mixed powder:sucrose was 15∶0.5,mixed powder:yellow rice wine was 15∶0.5,and the water content of mixed powder was lower than 5%.Conclusion:The forming process optimized by the experiments is reasonable and feasible.
