摘要
结合渡口坝水电站引水隧洞衬砌混凝土施工,对混凝土质量缺陷产生的原因进行了分析,针对出现的露筋、气孔、蜂窝麻面、混凝土强度偏低等质量缺陷,提出了相应的控制措施;通过对原材料进行试验对比,调整了部分原材料,改变了砂石骨料加工工艺,从而使隧洞混凝土衬砌质量得到了改善,提高了混凝土强度,达到了设计及规范要求。
In this paper,cause of concrete defects is analyzed in concrete construction of headrace tunnel lining at Dukouba hydropower station,including exposed reinforcing bars,holes,honeycombs,low strength concrete.Corresponding treatment measures are proposed.By experimental comparison of raw materials,some of raw materials were adjusted and processing technology of sand and gravel aggregate was changed.Therefore,quality of tunnel concrete lining has been improved and concrete strength is increased to meet design and specification requirements.
