摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的老年患者血糖代谢指标的水平及护理对策。方法根据89例老年2型糖尿病患者的睡眠呼吸监测结果,分为单纯2型糖尿病组和2型糖尿病合并OSAHS组,检测两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹C肽及糖化血红蛋白指标,比较组间差异。结果 2型糖尿病合并OSAHS患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹C肽及糖化血红蛋白指标均较单纯糖尿病组明显升高,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并OSAHS的老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖代谢指标高于单纯2型糖尿病老年患者,应早期筛查2型糖尿病患者是否合并OSAHS,及时给予治疗和护理干预。
Objective To discuss the blood glucose level of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods Based on sleep-breath monitoring,patients were divided into type 2 diabetes mellitus group and type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied with OSAHS group.Indicators such as fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial glucose,fasting C-peptide level,glycohemoglobin were monitored.Results Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied with OSAHS were with higher fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial glucose,fasting C-peptide level and glycohemoglobin（P0.05）.Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied with OSAHS were with higher blood glucose level.Early screening should be performed in early stage of type 2 diabetes mellitus and comprehensive intervention is essential.
