摘要
法学专业双语教学受到语言水平、课程设置、教学方法和教材的限制,必须进行改革,改革应围绕提高师生外语水平、科学设置课程、改革教学方法和推进教材建设进行。
Bilingual teaching in law should be reformed because it was limited by the language proficiency,curriculum,teaching methods and materials.The reform should be centred on following aspects：improving the foreign language level of teachers and students,setting curriculum scientificly,reforming the methods and promoting the development of teaching materials.
