摘要
资金问题一直是新农村建设过程中急待解决的一个核心问题。深化农村金融体制改革、建立健全多层次的投融资体制是实现中国农村经济可持续发展的关键。在此背景下,笔者结合福建省新农村建设发展概况,分析了当前福建省新农村建设投融资现状及其存在的问题,进而论述了如何开拓多层次的农村投融资渠道,发展创新多层次的投融资机制建设。
Funding has been a core issue needed to be solved in the process of building new countryside.Deepening the reform of the financial system and establishing and perfecting multi-level financing system are keys to realizing the sustainable development of rural economy.In this context,the author analyzes,according to Fujian new rural construction development situation,present situation and the existing problems in Fujian new rural construction and how to develop multi-level rural investment and financing channels and mechanism.
