摘要
20CrZNi4、18CrZNi4W钢往往经诊碳(或碳氢共修)淬火后使用,由于合金元素Ni、Cr量较高,热处理后工件表面存在大量的残余奥氏体。残余奥氏体对性能的影响,其量多少为宜,是一个比较复杂而值得注意的问题。本文讨论了诊碳层不同的合碳量、渗碳后高温回火、淬火工艺、冷处理及喷九处理等对残余奥氏体量的影响,从而针对所要求的残余奥氏体量来选择合适的表面含碳量、相应的热处理方法及不同的工艺参数。
?20Cr2Ni4 and 18Cr2Ni4W steels are generally app1ied after being carburized(orcarbonitrided)and quenched. Heat treated work case of the steels will contain a large amountof retained austanite due to more content of alloying elements of Ni and Cr in these steels.The infIuence of the retained austenite on properties of the steels and its optimum content area more complicated probIem worth attention. The influence of different carbon content in car-burized layer, higher temperature tempering,quenching process,sub -zero treatment, peeningand the like upon the retained austenite content is discussed in the article so as to select ap-pro priate surface carbon content, corresponding heat treatment method and its differenttechnical parameters in virtue of demanded retained austenite.
