摘要
目的：探讨滋阴活血结合补液治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少的临床疗效。方法：将60例羊水过少孕妇给予中西结合。采用中药滋阴活血每日1剂，水煎服，同时给予补液治疗，5％葡萄糖注射液、维生素C、生理盐水加林格液，以13超检测羊水指数（afi）。结果：新生儿出生状况明显改善，发病率低，孕产妇剖宫产率下降。
