摘要
目的 探讨县级医院护士岗前培训的策略与方法,提高培训和管理水平,有效促进新护士适应临床工作的能力,提高护理质量和保证护理安全.方法 通过建立完善的新护士规范化培训方法,规范操作技能,严谨的考核制度和管理体系,通过分层岗位培训,采用一对一导师制进行培训并考核.结果 护理培训质量得到提高,2010年护士岗前培训合格率为100%,护士对培训的满意度为96%,与去年相比满意度显著上升(2009年是80%,P〈0.05).护士岗前培训在临床工作中初见成效.结论 科学、规范的护士岗前培训方法和严格的管理体系提高了新进护士适应临床工作的能力,是适应新医疗环境下对岗前护士较好的培训管理方法.
Objective To explore the strategies and methods on the nurse pre-post training.By applying them to improve training and management level,promote new nurses' working ability,nursing quality and ensure nursing safety.Methods The standardized new nurses training system,operating skill standards and rigorous appraisal system were established.The hierarchical and one to one training method were applied in the pre-post nurse training.Results The nurses' training quality was improved. The qualification rate of the pre-post nurse training was 100%. The nurses' satisfaction with the theory and skills training was 0.96 in 2010,which was significantly higher than that of last year (0.80,P〈0. 01). The effect of pre-post nurse training appeared in clinical work.Conclusions The scientific pre-post nurse training and strict management system may improve the ability of new nurses to adapting the clinical work, which is a better training and management method for new nurse training in new medical environment.
