摘要
以薄皮甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)玉美人为试材,利用人工气候室在果实膨大期设置夜间亚低温胁迫环境,通过叶面喷施进行硝酸钙处理,研究了不同浓度钙对夜间亚低温胁迫下果实膨大期薄皮甜瓜生长和抗寒性的影响。结果表明:喷施不同浓度硝酸钙明显提高了9℃夜温下薄皮甜瓜株高、茎粗、果实横径、纵径和叶片的保护酶活性,同时降低了O2-产生速率。其中0.5%Ca(NO3)2处理的株高和茎粗分别比9℃夜温处理提高15.48%和10.60%,果实横径和纵径分别提高13.88%和11.63%;SOD、CAT和POD活性分别提高了18.02%、43.26%和76.18%,有利于提高薄皮甜瓜植株的抗寒性。
Muskmelon Yumeiren was taken as the experimental material and the different concentration of calcium nitrate was sprayed to melon plants in order to study the effect of calcium on growth and the cold resistance of muskmelon during low temperature stress at night.The results showed that treatment of Ca2+ significantly increased the plant height,stem diameter,transverse length,vertical lenghth and the activities of protective enzymes and decreased productive rate of O2-.Compared with the treatment of 9℃ at night,the treatment of 0.5% Ca2+ sparing increased plant height and stem diameter by 15.48% and 10.60%,and transverse length and vertical lenghth by 13.88% and 11.63%,and the activities of SOD,CAT and POD by 18.02%、43.26% and 76.18% respectively.
