地衣芽孢杆菌生防菌株SDYT-79发酵条件优化 被引量:28

摘要 探讨地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)SDYT-79菌株液体发酵条件,为提高其活性次级代谢产物的产量提供技术支持。通过单因子试验和正交试验,对该菌株的最适发酵培养基成分及发酵条件进行优化。结果表明:地衣芽孢杆菌SDYT-79菌株培养基各组分的最佳配比为:蔗糖3.0%、蛋白胨0.3%、酵母膏2.0%、氯化钠0.3%,最佳发酵培养条件为:初始pH值9.0、培养温度24℃、培养时间36h、250mL三角瓶装液量120mL、接种量体积分数0.5%~1%。在最佳发酵培养基和培养条件下,SDYT-79菌株抑菌能力提高14.3%。 The research was to investigate the best condition for liquid fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis SDYT-79 strain and increase the antagonistic substance productivity of strain SDYT-79.The single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were adopted to optimize the liquid fermentation medium and conditions.The constituents of medium,initial pH,fermentation time and temperature were the major factors affecting the yield of SDYT-79.The best compositions of cultural medium were as follow: sucrose 3.0%,peptone 0.3%,yeast extract 2.0%,NaCl 0.3%.The optimal fermentation conditions were as follow: initial pH9.0,temperature 24℃,fermentation time 36h,medium capacity 120mL/250mL,and inoculation rate 0.5%~1%.Inhibitory action of strain SDYT-79 fermentation solution was up 14.3% under the optimum fermentation medium and culture conditions.
