摘要
对几种传统的多目标评价指标的量化方法作了评述，指出了其存在的若干问题，继而根据不同特征，提出了由性态分析，上下限分析，到定量刻画所组成的指标定性定量规范化方法，并就多目标决策问题中规范化的作用提出新观点。
Several traditional normalization methods of multi objective evaluation indexes are described. The drawbacks of the methods are analyzed. A new method of qualitative quantitative analysis in indexes of multi objective evaluation is presented based on different characters of the indexes. The main steps of this method are character analysis, upper lower limit analysis and quantitative analysis. Some new points on effects of normalization are also presented in multi objective evaluation.
