摘要
通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了pH值、NaCl浓度、温度、浸提时间对马铃薯淀粉生产废液中蛋白质提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为NaCl浓度0.025 mmol/L、pH值4.0、浸提时间1.0 h,温度25℃。该条件下马铃薯蛋白质的提取率最高,为66.90%。
The effects of NaCl concentration,pH,extracting time and temperature on protein extraction ratio from wastewater of potato starch production were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.The optimal conditions were determined as follows,concentration of NaCl at 0.025 mmol/L,pH 4.0,and extracting for 1.0 h at temperature 25 ℃.The extract rate was 66.90% under these conditions.
