摘要
在实验数据的基础上,分析了空封白光数码管光通量性能低于传统白光数码管的原因,提出了有针对性地提高光通量的一些初步设想。对空封白光数码管进行了温度老化实验,老化温度分别为80℃和100℃。在80℃老化实验中,700h时的光通量随时间缓慢降低,但到700多小时后在某个时刻突然急剧降低。通过对实验数据的分析,解释了空封白光数码管光通量性能退化的机理,并使用Arrhenius公式计算出了本实验所用数码管的寿命为2.4万小时。
Based on the experimental data, the reason of empty sealing white LED luminous flux lower than conventional white LED is analyzed, and targeted to improve the optical properties of flux, some initial ideas are put forward. The temperature aging experiments are taken on the empty white digital tube. The aging temperature is respectively 80℃and 100℃. Aging experiments at 80 ℃, 700 hours of the beginning of flux decrease slowly over time, but more than 700 hours after the suddenly and sharp decrease at some point. Passing experimental data analysis, the initial interpretation of empty white LED performance degradation is put forward, and using the Arrhenius' equation, the ealeulation result shows that the life is 2. 4×10^4 hours.
