摘要
目的:筛选出醋酸曲安奈德搽剂的有效抗氧剂,以提高制剂的稳定性。方法:设计7种不同抗氧剂组合,以不含抗氧剂的原制剂溶液为对照,通过影响因素试验、加速试验和长期试验,分别考察搽剂中醋酸曲安奈德的含量、pH及外观颜色,优选出最优抗氧剂组合。结果:以含0.25%的维生素E油,0.1%的柠檬酸的搽剂中醋酸曲安奈德含量、pH及外观颜色变化均较其他7份处方小,稳定性最好。结论:0.25%的维生素E油与0.1%的柠檬酸抗氧剂组合为醋酸曲安奈德搽剂的优选抗氧剂。
OBJECTIVE To screen the effective antioxidant and increase tee stability of triamcinolone acetonide acetale lini ment. METHODS Contrasting with non antioxidant liniment, seven different kind of antioxidanls were designed. Through impact 17actors testing, accelerated testing and long-term testing, the changes of content, pH and color of triamcinolone acetonide acetate hniment were observed. RESULTS The liniment which contains 0.25 % vitamin E and 11. 1% citric acid as antioxidants was demonstrated having the least change in color, pH and the triamcinolone acetonide acetate content compared with the other 7 samples and had the best stability. CONCLUSION 0. 25 % vitamin g and 0.1% citric acid could be used as the effective antioxidants in triamcinolone acetonide acetate liniment.
