摘要
目的观察下鼻甲注射地塞米松对变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效及对患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4含量的影响。方法观察组64例患者均来自笔者所在医院2008年1月~2010年1月门诊及住院患者,另选同期入院体检的60例健康体检者作为对照组,观察下鼻甲注射地塞米松对变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效及两组血清IFN-γ、IL-4含量的变化。结果观察组治疗后,显效40例(62.50%),有效20例(31.25%),无效4例(6.25%),总有效率93.75%。患者出现的喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞、流清水样鼻涕、伴或不伴嗅觉减退等临床症状及体征经治疗后,其评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组的IL-4含量明显高于健康对照组,IFN-γ的含量明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01),治疗后观察组IL-4、IFN-γ含量分别与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论下鼻甲注射地塞米松治疗变应性鼻炎有效率高,能明显改善患者的临床症状及体征,地塞米松通过调节IFN-γ、IL-6含量的变化进一步阻止变态反应性炎症的发生。
Objective To observe the inferior turbinate injection of dexamethasone on clinical efficacy in patients with allergic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis patients on IFN-γ,IL-4 content.Methods The observation group were 64 patients in our hospital from January 2008 ~ 2010 January outpatients and inpatients in patients admitted to hospital over the same period replacement of the physical examination of the 60 healthy subjects as control group,dexamethasone observed on the inferior turbinate clinical efficacy in patients with allergic rhinitis,and two serum IFN-γ,IL-4 content changes.Results Group by two courses of treatment,effective in 40 cases(62.50%) were cured,20 cases(31.25%),4 cases(6.25%),the total effective rate was 93.75%.Observation group,64 patients appeared sneezing,nasal itching,nasal congestion,nasal discharge flow like water,with or without olfactory loss and other clinical symptoms and signs after treatment,the score was significantly lower than before treatment(P 0.05).Before treatment,IL-4 observation group was significantly higher than in healthy controls,IFN-γ were significantly lower than the control group(P 0.01).There was significant difference after treatment in IL-4,IFH-r levels between the observation group and the control group(P 0.01).Conclusion The injection of dexamethasone in the treatment of inferior turbinate effective rate of allergic rhinitis can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs,dexamethasone,by regulating IFN-γ,IL-6 content changes,which further prevents allergic inflammation place.
